I’m not a fan of Instagram accounts that post old photos but following
is the best of both worlds. The London-based antiques dealer at
posts his own photos of historic homes in Sweden that look as if they couldn’t possibly be new. The photos here were taken at “Sandemar Manor by the sea near Dalaro southeast of Stockholm” which was built in the 17th-century.
His 1990 book
is considered the bible on Swedish furniture and interiors and his Instagram account makes me wonder if he’s working on a new book. There’s not much about
online but I have a feeling that’s going to change very soon.
